License Agreement

Standard License Details (v1.0)

The Standard License grants you non-exclusive rights to use the purchased beat in your musical works. This license is perpetual and worldwide.

What You CAN Do:

• Record vocals or instruments over the beat
• Publicly perform the finished song
• Distribute the song through streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• Monetize the song on YouTube and other platforms
• Include the song on albums, mixtapes, EPs, and singles
• Use in live performances and concerts
• Broadcast on radio or TV
• Sync in non-broadcast projects (subject to separate sync agreement)

What You CANNOT Do:

• Resell, lease, or redistribute the beat to third parties
• Claim exclusive ownership of the beat
• Register the beat composition in your name with performing rights organizations
• Use the beat in ways that violate applicable laws
• Extract or isolate individual stems without authorization

Individual track stems (drums, bass, melody, etc.) are available separately from the standard beat purchase. Stems are not included with the Standard License. For stem purchases and inquiries:

Future License Types (v1.1+)

Premium and Exclusive licenses will be introduced in version 1.1, offering:

• Premium: Enhanced usage rights with royalty reporting thresholds
• Exclusive: Full exclusive ownership with beat removal from marketplace
