Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BeatSlave Market ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BeatSlave Market provides a platform for purchasing and downloading instrumental music tracks ("beats") under specified license agreements. We offer three license tiers: Standard ($0.99), Premium ($4.99), and Exclusive ($49.99).

3. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD and are final at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Once a purchase is completed, download links are provided via email
• Download links are valid for 7 days from the time of purchase
• All sales are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed
• All purchases include 2-Track Stereo WAV (uncompressed) and Tagged MP3 files

5. Royalty Reporting Requirements

Premium and Exclusive license holders must submit quarterly royalty reports:

• Due dates: January 15, April 15, July 15, October 15
• Email reports to: dalvarez@sotsvc.com
• Required information: Revenue breakdown, platform earnings, usage details
• Failure to report: May result in license termination and legal action

6. File Deliverables

All license purchases include:

• 2-Track Stereo WAV file (uncompressed, professional quality)
• Tagged MP3 file (320kbps with metadata)
• License certificate via email (PDF format)
• 7-day secure download window

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate email information for delivery of purchased content
• Not share, resell, or redistribute purchased beats
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source stems without authorization
• Comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Use purchased beats only according to the license terms
• Submit accurate quarterly royalty reports (Premium and Exclusive licenses only)
• Pay all backend royalties as required by your license type

8. Intellectual Property

All beats, artwork, and content on BeatSlave Market are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Purchasing a license grants you specific usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright (except in Exclusive licenses where specified).

9. Stems Policy

Multi-track stems (individual track components) are NOT included in any standard license purchase. Stems are available separately for advanced production needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

BeatSlave Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
